Works magic

This product has truly worked magicically for me. I was working out very intensely and did see the results with the fancy scale where it was showing the 5% fat loss and 3.2% muscle gain, so I knew I was converting fat into muscle, but the weight itself was stable for over 2 months. It was frustrating. I was definitely getting stronger and more toned, but not any smaller. This product has moved me off the plateau. I started losing rapidly. It barely has any calories compared to the protein shakes, which give you less protein but do give you 200-250 calories with some sugar and sometimes even fat. And it is a meal replacement product, so I take it first thing in the morning and then can have breakfast much later, which is convenient when you work early. It is also a good pre-workout supplement, where it helps you not starve through a long workout, but is not heavy in your stomach. Just read the instructions carefully where it tells you now to have protein 2 hrs before and 30 minutes after to get the full effect. Highly recommended even if you don't workout. Because naturally you can't get the amount of protein you need, and this one has only a few calories/no sugar/no fat compared to other best protein supplements.

This product really works! You can use this as a meal replacement and get lean results. I take it in the morning before work and after workouts. Good stuff!

There is one bad review on this product. They said, "As simple as it is, it didnt work. I tried it with my workout regimen and I didnt see changes on my body." This person obviously is new to the sport. This is not creatine and it is not going to do crazy changes in the body. Also you need to use it for a couple of months to see results; however, it is a protein supplement that has no milk. It is a food! Not a creatine. What changes I saw was using this for the last 12 months and NO Whey Isolate protein, was slimmer stomach and actually increase in most of my lifts. Not to mention the ease of use of this product in tablets, no blender needed. I maintained all my size also while on this and so I will continue to use this and never use whey protein again.
