I do feel better...

A couple of things to be aware of:1. The captlets are Large. It is easy to break them in two and that is what I do. I can not swallow them as they are. But I do have a problem with swallowing in general.2. The recommend dosage is 6 a day. Therefor the 180 caplets bottle lasts 1 month.

Absolute Best Multi I've Ever Tried !

I've been taking vitamins since I was 15 yrs. old. I am currently 53 y.o. - This is the only formula I've used that I could actually feel the difference. Not cheap ! - but worth the money. Jack C.

I have been using these for over four years now. They are a little pricey but you cannot find better quality supplements. As long as I take them, my over all well being has been good. They also improve the health over time (depending on your other habits). I would always recommend them.I tried other multi vitamins but they do not seem to give me the same results as this one. These are my baseline now. Whenever I come across a new product I see if they can match up to the broad spectrum or the ratio of these goodies and never comes close. Moderate dose of everything you need for a healthy day.
