MY ONLY NEGATIVE, ( AND THIS IS ONLY A PERSONAL SITUATION) IS THAT IT IS NOTAS HIGH AS I WANTED. I NEEDED A WEDGE ABOUT 14 TO 16 INCHES HIGH TO ELEVATE MY LEGS. This leg wedge relieves the pressure off my spine, alleviating my usual immense back and hip pain. Even for those non-gimpy people, you need a leg wedge just for a higher comfort level in bed!

This leg elevator is good to use to help reduce swelling in the legs. I use mine at least once during the day for 30-60 min and in the evening.
