Works well enough, good tech support, but...

Reasonable price and arrived quickly. Small problem with battery compartment being "tight" and batteries not making good contact but technical support walked through that one. Big sticking point is the "wall mountable" claim. You CAN hang it on the wall but not on standard phone company wall telephone jack. The jack for the "phone line in" port is on the top of the phone and the wire will not fit with the phone mounted. I will have to make a shelf to hold it on the wall and change out the old wall plate .

Great solution even for another country

This product is simple, easy to use and easy to configure. Just like I need it.I bought this product in USA during a training. The package arrived to my hotel on time and everything is correctly.We live in Guadalajara City, in Mexico. I was able to configure all the numbers and the 911 key to Mexican numbers.Great solution when your grandma is alone at home and you are at the office. She only has to take care of carrying the alarm on her neck.
