I was doubtful but it works.

I have extreme tension in my neck and shoulders and have suffered with severe headaches from it for several years. I doubted that this would help but decided it was worth a try (my next idea was a neck brace). The hammock is very uncomfortable when you first start to use it. There are a couple of tricks that I use. 1. Keep your jaw relaxed. 2. I move my head from side to side a few times until it starts to get more comfortable. 3. Don't give up. Keep at it, stay relaxed, and let it have time to work. You will find that after a few minutes your head will start to relax into the cup area. My biggest problem with this is that I couldn't lay on the floor to use it because of some hip issues, so I used it in the beginning laying on my FIRM couch. Now, I have moved back onto the floor with my feet up on a chair. I don't think I have ever written a review on anything before, but this really impressed me. Of course, that may be because I have such a severe problem and am always looking for anything that will help. This does help me.

I have recommended this to several patients who suffer from headaches (I am a nurse practitioner). Of those who have purchased it, the response is quite positive. They like it not only because it is safe and effective, but also because it's not a medication. This is an excellent product.

This device is a wonderful option for pain relief. I have a bad spine with 5 bulging discs in my neck. This has caused alot of headaches and neck pain for me. I am not one for medicating so this has been the perfect solution for pain without medication. Once you lay your head back into the hammock you can feel it relax into the proper position. Let the relief begin. I wish I would have owned one years ago. I would have dealt with alot less pain. I recommend this product highly. Well done!
