I only use Redkin and Biologue products on my hair. This particular product is used for when I "malibu" my hair. Its a treatment you can use to remove pollution, build up, and everyday dirt. This system helps seal in the softening treatment you use after you've clean your hair. Let me just give you the "malinu": get packets of "Malibu" (yes, that's what it's called) or you can get "Ion System" packets at Sally. Use 1-2 packets on your hair....you'll need to mix the power into 2-3 ozs of HOT water. Massage the slime into your hair; pull up and blow your hair with your dryer for 30-45 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with shampoo (and good salon shampoo). Then massage into your hair the softening treatment (gold bottle); clip hair up and leave in for 12 minutes. Spray the 5.5 phase (grey) bottle into your hair and massage into scalp THEN rinse off the softening treatment. Blow dry your hair and you'll noticed you've never had such clean and silky feeling hair. You'll need to Malibu your hair every 3-4 months to keep the build up and stuff out. My suggestion is to stop buying the cheap stuff at the grocery store and go big on either Biologue or Redkin - you won't regret it if you like your hair. My hair is approximately 3 1/2 FT long (yes, Feet long).
