Symplex F is a special combination formula containing Protomorphogen extracts from bovine ovary, adrenal, pituitary, and thyroid glands. I noticed after my 25th birthday that I began to experience a terrible pattern of mood-swings, depression, and all around lack of energy that started every month like clock work, usually arriving and ending with my cycle. And these "hormonal off-balances" were starting to bleed into each other giving me no time off, so much so that I found myself lacking motivation to do ANY in life.Going out, working out, grocery shopping, laundry, dates...etc...my feelings..."blah blah blah---ughhh whatever". My 10 yr High School reunion came up and I made up some excuse not to go, afterwards it hit me about how much I wanted to be there and see old faces and just live again. Once I turned 29 I knew I had to do something, otherwise life in its entirety was going to past me by and one day I might not care enough to notice.I was beginning to be afraid and what do you do when you're scared about a health problem...You turn to the healthest person (in my case family member) you know. During one of my sisters many visits I told her about what I've been going through and she told me the same thing happened to her in her mid-to-late 20's. She gave me a few of her Symplex F pills. I was very skeptical the first night I took that little beige pill.I awoke the next morninig a NEW PERSON...I felt like I did when I was 18, 22. I actually had energy, no jumpy, anxious, heart beating a 1000 miles an hour energy, REAL NATURAL ENERGY...doing househood chores wasn't such a big deal anymore, meeting people for coffee, dinner, or a movie seemed like a good time again. I actually cried when I thought about how much time I wasted and how many things I missed out on. I implore you if you're symtoms are anything like mine were please try this product, you'll be glad you did...it could change your life. It did for me!

Simplex F (by Standard Process) is a great way to balance your hormones naturally. It encourages your body to adjust on its own so you don't have to rely on added hormones to do the work. As a woman going through menopause, Simplex F has been a wonderful help. I have to say my husband is thankful I found this product because my mood-swings quickly leveled out after taking Simplex F. My daughter in college also takes Simplex F to ease her PMS (and that makes us all happy). I would recommend this product to any woman experiencing mood swings, food cravings and irritability caused by hormone imbalance.

I can't go without this vitamin! My mood swings are under control when I take Simplex F. I take 2 in the morning and 2 at night. I usually take my morning dose at 7am and sometimes on weekends, my husband and I sleep in, I wake up later (around 9am) and I am very moody and after within 30 mins of taking Simplex F, I notice a difference.
