I am scheduled for a total hip replacement so required "arms" around my toilet. I could not install grab bars on the walls of my guest bathroom because my toilet sits between a vanity and a bath tub. All of the other frames either rested on the back porcelain of the toilet, which I thought would harm the porcelain, or were very flimsy. I am 250 lbs and this is VERY sturdy. This comes fully assembled! The legs have rubber ends so it does not slide on or damage my ceramic tile floor. Instead of standing on a round tube which hurts the bottom of your foot and makes you unsteady, you stand on a flat panel. The entire assembly folds so it can be transported in the trunk of the car to another location. It can also be used with a chair instead of a toilet. This is the only toilet frame I have seen where you can adjust the height of the arms to accomdate a raised toilet seat. I am purchasing a second one instead of installing grab bars in the master bathroom, so I can take this with us to the next house.

Bought this for my 85 y/o mother who has very limited use of her sholders due to arthitis, it was difficult to lift and lower herself without help. This has enabled her to be more independent. It was easy to assemble, adjust and install took only minutes.

My Hubby has Parkinson;s and this is a simple but perfect answer to the problem ofgetting up easy. Well made and easy to move if necessary
